A direct-to-digital release on Disney+ Hotstar for the murder thriller, which is a Hindi adaptation of Ratsanan, has now been announced. On Thursday, the streaming behemoth made the news with a menacing video that revealed the title of the movie on its official social media accounts. The post was captioned “Cuttputlli ka khel shuru ho raha hai. #ComingSoon #CuttputlliOnHotstar”.
The upcoming film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh under the banner of Pooja Entertainment. Ranjit M Tewari directed the film, marking his most recent collaboration with Akshay after the 2021 film, Bell Bottom.
