When you watch an Anubhav Sinha film, you know he’ll bring up significant issues that you may have avoided. His films have borne testament to this, and we are always pleased when an Anubhav film is set to be released. Sinha has always pushed the edge with his storylines, whether it was Thappad, Mulk, or Article 15, and he is going to do so again with Bheed. Bhushan Kumar will co-produce his upcoming social drama starring Bhumi Pednekar and Rajkummar Rao, which will be directed by the filmmaker.
Now the socio-political drama Bheed gets a release date and is all set to release in cinemas on November 18 2022.
This anthology, which is being produced by Anubhav Sinha, will include short films by Sudhir Mishra, Hansal Mehta, and Ketan Mehta, among others. Sudhir Mishra has already announced that Taapsee Pannu and Parambrata Chatterjee would star in his short film. Taapsee expressed her excitement to collaborate with Sudhir Mishra and disclosed that the short film will be a socio-political drama spanning two generations.
