Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata Trailer: Kangana Ranaut Leads Tense 26/11 Thriller Honouring Cama Hospital’S Unsung Heroes

Kangana Ranaut is stepping back into the theatrical spotlight with a story built on courage under siege. The trailer of Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, unveiled on June 2, 2026, places the actor at the heart of a tense 26/11 drama that shifts focus from combat spectacle to the hospital corridors where ordinary workers fought to keep hundreds alive.

The film revisits the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks through the lens of Cama and Albless Hospital, where nurses, ward boys, cleaners, lift operators, security staff and administrators protected patients as armed attackers struck the city. Kangana appears as a nurse, bruised but unbroken, in a role designed around quiet endurance rather than conventional heroism.

Trailer Puts Cama Hospital’S Unsung Heroes At The Centre

The trailer establishes Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata as an emotional thriller rooted in true events, with the narrative focused on the hospital staff who helped save 400 lives during the attacks. The film is written and directed by Manoj Tapadia, who makes his directorial debut with the project.

Kangana, speaking about the film in a statement, said, “This is desh bhakti (patriotism) in its purest form, where duty becomes action.” She added, “I’m honored to be part of a story that salutes those who held the city together in its toughest moments, and I can’t wait for audiences to witness it on the big screen on 12th June.”

Tapadia’s intent is equally clear in the film’s positioning. He said, “They weren’t trained for war, yet they stood together, overcame fear, and saved lives.”
