Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai Song Chunnari Chunnari Let’s Go Becomes Only Indian Track In Global Top 10 Trending Music Videos

Chunnari Chunnari Let’S Go Scores A Global Breakout

Bollywood’s remix season has found its newest global talking point, and this one comes with a full dose of nostalgia, colour and David Dhawan scale. “Chunnari Chunnari Let’s Go” from Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai has broken through the international noise to enter the Global Top 10 Trending Music Videos worldwide, making it the only Indian track currently sitting alongside major international releases.

The recreated party track is currently trending across seven countries, with the strongest hold in India, where it has climbed to number 1. The song is also trending at number 10 in Pakistan, number 13 in the UAE, number 16 in Australia, number 22 in Nepal, number 43 in Canada and number 50 in Saudi Arabia.

That spread gives the track a rare overseas footprint for a Hindi film song ahead of release week. Online music tracking data also shows “Chunnari Chunnari Let’s Go” among the most watched music videos globally, with the Tips Official video drawing millions of views within days of release.

The appeal is not difficult to decode. The song revisits the instantly recognisable 90s hit “Chunnari Chunnari” while reworking it for a contemporary dance floor. Varun Dhawan, Mrunal Thakur and Pooja Hegde headline the video with bright visuals, glossy costumes and high energy choreography, positioning the track as a pre release crowd puller for the film.

Nostalgia Meets A Fresh Dance Sound

The new version brings together IP Singh, Jonita Gandhi, Asees Kaur, Sudhir Yaduvanshi and Anuradha Sriram on vocals. Sameer Anjaan’s original lyrics remain central to the song’s nostalgic pull, while IP Singh contributes additional lines. The iconic Anu Malik composition has been recreated by Akshay & IP, giving the number a punchier club friendly sound without losing the hook that made the original memorable.

For Varun Dhawan, who has often found strong traction with dance numbers, the response adds momentum to the film’s final promotional stretch. The song’s repeat value and international chart movement have turned it into one of the more visible Bollywood music moments of the year so far.

David Dhawan’S Starry Comedy Heads To Cinemas

Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai is directed by David Dhawan and produced by Ramesh Taurani under Tips Films. The film also features Maniesh Paul, Chunky Pandey, Jimmy Shergill, Mouni Roy, Rajesh Kumar and Rakesh Bedi alongside the central trio, building out a broad ensemble for the comedy.

The film is positioned as a mainstream Hindi entertainer with comedy, romance, family drama and mistaken identity driven chaos. It releases in cinemas internationally on June 5, 2026, through Marudhar Entertainment and FunAsia Films.

With “Chunnari Chunnari Let’s Go” already travelling across markets before the film arrives, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai has secured the kind of musical visibility that can sharpen audience curiosity at the box office.
