Crazxy Gets a New Climax From 2nd Friday: A Bold Post-Release Gamble By Sohum Shah

In a rare and daring move, the makers of Crazxy have decided to rewrite history—literally! The psychological thriller, which has been keeping audiences on the edge of their seats, is set to return to theaters this Friday with a brand-new climax.

A Bold Decision by Sohum Shah

Leading this unprecedented shift is actor-producer Sohum Shah, who has taken audience feedback to heart. Known for his unconventional choices (Tumbbad, Maharani), Shah has once again pushed boundaries by tweaking the ending of Crazxy after its theatrical release.

While Bollywood has witnessed minor post-release changes like added scenes or alternate endings in director’s cuts – Crazxy is taking things up a notch by presenting a completely new climax, something rarely seen in mainstream cinema.

Why the Change?

Since its release, Crazxy has sparked debates over its cryptic ending. While many praised its psychological depth, some felt it needed a stronger punch. The team took this feedback seriously, and instead of waiting for a streaming re-release, they opted for an in-the-moment correction—an approach more common in gaming updates than in cinema.

What Can Audiences Expect?

Details of the revised climax remain under wraps, but insiders suggest a more gripping and definitive resolution. Those who have already seen Crazxy might find themselves experiencing a fresh wave of suspense and revelations.

With this bold move, Crazxy is set to make cinematic history. Will the new ending elevate the film to cult status? Find out in theaters from this Friday!
