Deepika Padukone was last seen in Padmaavat and since then her fans are just waiting for her to make a big-screen comeback. Yes, she was briefly seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero but that was a wasted cameo for the actress.
She is all set to make a comeback on the big screen with Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak. The trailer of the film isn’t out yet and it should’ve been by now. It’s clashing with Ajay Devgn’s Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior and latter’s trailer is already out.
According to a report published on an online portal, “Since the film will release on January 10, the trailer will release a month before that. So expectedly the trailer will release around December 10. Though there has been no official announcement, expect something soon.”
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Deepika will back the film and it’s slated to release on 10th January 2020. The makers will have an exact one month to promote the film if the trailer releases on the said date.
