Deva makers are set to launch the teaser tomorrow at a fan event in Mumbai as announced with a new motion poster.

Deva, an action thriller from Zee Studios and Roy Kapur Films, has released a new motion poster featuring Shahid Kapoor. The actor appears in a rugged look, striking a dance pose while holding a gun.

The teaser for Deva will be launched tomorrow (Sunday, 5th January 2025) with a grand event at Carter Road Amphitheatre in Mumbai. Shahid Kapoor will attend the event along with director Rosshan Andrrews and producers Siddharth Roy Kapur and Umesh Bansal. Fans are invited to witness the teaser unveiling at the open-air venue by the sea.

More About The Film

Directed by Rosshan Andrrews and written by Bobby–Sanjay, Deva is their debut project in Hindi cinema. The film is said to be based on the Malayalam movie Mumbai Police, which starred Prithviraj Sukumaran. Shahid Kapoor takes on the lead role of a police officer, with Pooja Hegde as the female lead.

The film is produced by Roy Kapur Films and Zee Studios, with Zee Studios managing the global theatrical release scheduled for January 31, 2025. The motion poster has garnered attention, and the teaser launch is expected to draw further interest from audiences.
