The maze-like streets tucked away in the nation’s financial centre are the setting for MX Player’s brand-new web series, “Dharavi Bank,” which offers a compelling tale. The supreme ruler of these alleys is Thalaiva. Here, his rule applies. A 30-thousand-crore empire that the Mumbai Police is powerless in the face of. While the trailer for this murder thriller series was unveiled on Tuesday, all of the episodes will begin streaming on MX Player on November 19.
Suniel Shetty makes his OTT debut with this web series. He appears in the series as Thalaivan, the mob boss of the “Dharavi Bank.” While JCP Jayant Gavaskar of the Mumbai Police is also positioned to face Thalaivan from a stone’s distance. This part is being played in the series by Vivek Oberoi. We get a chance to take a look inside the streets of Dharavi in the roughly two and a half minute series trailer. Vivek Anand Oberoi, on the other hand, asserts that “Dharavi Bank is a multifaceted story that goes beyond simply bringing an end to a criminal organisation.”This series also tells that to what extent one can go for his family, for his duty and for his morals.
Directed by Samit Kakkar and directed by Zee Studios, the series also stars Sonali Kulkarni, Luke Kenny, Freddy Daruwala, Shanti Priya, Rohit Pathak etc. in pivotal roles.
