Veteran actor Dharmendra took to Twitter to wish superstar Shah Rukh Khan good luck for his upcoming film Jawan, which is slated to release on tomorrow on September 7.

Dharmendra’s gesture for Shah Rukh comes after the superstar joined Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel and others for the success party of the blockbuster movie. Shah Rukh Khan made a rare public appearance with Gauri Khan in front of the media at the Gadar 2 success bash. Shah Rukh has always been fond of the Deols and shares a great bond with the seasoned actor despite his recently finished alleged feud with Sunny. The success bash was also attended by Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.
Jawan Trailer And Release Date
Jawan is an action thriller film that features Shah Rukh Khan in a double role, playing a vigilante named Jawan and a cop named Rajeev. The film also stars Nayanthara as a female lead and Vijay Sethupathi as the main antagonist. The trailer of the film was released on August 25, 2023, on the occasion of SRK’s birthday, and received a massive response from the fans and critics alike.
The trailer showed SRK hijacking a train and operating with a team of six women. It also gave glimpses of his different avatars, including a bearded look and a turbaned look. The trailer also had some catchy dialogues and high-octane action sequences that left the viewers impressed.
Jawan is scheduled to release on September 10, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam languages. The film is directed by Atlee, who is known for his blockbuster Tamil films like Theri, Mersal and Bigil. The film is produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment.

Apart from Jawan, SRK is also reportedly playing a cameo role in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3, which is the third installment of the Tiger franchise. The film is directed by Maneesh Sharma and also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi.
Another project that SRK is rumored to be part of is Rajkumar Hirani’s next film Dunki, which is said to be a social comedy based on immigration issues. The film has to feature Taapsee Pannu as the female lead.
