Just a day before Tuesday, March 3, social media chatter around Dhurandhar The Revenge hit overdrive, with multiple posts confidently claiming the trailer was locked to drop on Holi week. But as of Monday, March 2, 2026, the biggest update is actually a reality check: there is no official confirmation from the makers that the trailer is arriving tomorrow.
The confusion has stemmed from a wave of “trailer tomorrow” claims doing the rounds across entertainment pages and fan handles, prompting a clarification that’s now being widely shared online.
What’s Confirmed Right Now
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh addressed the chatter directly in an Instagram post dated March 2, 2026, stating: “A section of the media has been circulating reports that the trailer of the eagerly awaited #DhurandharTheRevenge will be unveiled tomorrow [Tuesday, 3 March 2026]. Let’s set the record straight , the makers have never issued any official announcement stating that the trailer will drop tomorrow.”
In the same note, Adarsh added that an “Official Announcement Soon” is expected from the team, signalling that the trailer plan will be communicated through the film’s official channels rather than through speculation and “locked date” claims.
As things stand today, the takeaway is simple: fans should treat any March 3 trailer date as unconfirmed until the makers formally announce it.
Dhurandhar The Revenge Film Details So Far
Dhurandhar The Revenge is the sequel to Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar and is headlined by Ranveer Singh. The cast also includes Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal and Sara Arjun, with the film backed by Jio Studios along with B62 Studios.
The sequel has been positioned as a big-scale spy action drama and is set to arrive in theatres on March 19, 2026. With that release date now close, attention has naturally shifted to the trailer, and the makers’ official announcement is now the key event fans are waiting on.
For now, the most reliable cue is that the studio and the film’s team have not put out a confirmed trailer date for March 3.
Ranveer Singh’s Recent And Upcoming Work
Ranveer Singh’s last major theatrical releases before Dhurandhar included Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani (2023) and Cirkus (2022). He returned to the big screen with Dhurandhar in December 2025, which has since also made its way to Netflix for streaming.
Looking ahead beyond Dhurandhar The Revenge, Ranveer remains attached to Farhan Akhtar’s Don 3, which has been in active development, and he is also linked to Pralay, a post-apocalyptic project expected to go on floors after Don 3.
