The excitement for Dhurandhar has just gone to the next level. The makers have dropped the title track of the Ranveer Singh starrer, and it’s a full-on energetic anthem. The song has been released with a lyrical video on Saregama Music’s YouTube channel, giving fans a taste of the film’s intense and raw vibe.

A Fusion Of Hip-Hop And Punjabi Flavors
The Dhurandhar title track is a powerful combination of modern hip-hop and desi Punjabi energy. Composed by Shashwat Sachdev and Charanjit Ahuja, the song features the strong vocals of rapper Hanumankind and singer Jasmine Sandlas, along with others. The track also marks the Bollywood debut of Hanumankind, who brings his unique rap style to the project.
The lyrics, written by Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas, and Babu Singh Maan, perfectly capture the film’s gritty feel. The song’s sound is as grand and intense as the movie promises to be.
Reimagining A Folk Classic
Music director Shashwat Sachdev shared an interesting detail about the song’s creation. He revealed that the track is a reimagined version of the classic folk song ‘Na De Dil Pardesi Nu’. He said the original song was part of the script from the very beginning, and its emotion formed the soul of the new track.
Sachdev also mentioned how an impromptu rap session with director Aditya Dhar and Hanumankind in the studio brought a “raw, instinctive fire” to the final version. The goal was to create a song that connects with both the older generation who loved the original and the younger audience through its modern sound.
