Following the massive success of Ayushmann’s film Dream Girl in 2019, the highly anticipated sequel, Dream Girl 2, is set to continue the story. In the original movie, Ayushmann portrayed Karamveer, a man who, due to financial challenges, assumes a job at a call center and adopts a female persona during phone conversations. This unique approach garners him immense popularity among callers, but subsequently leads to complications when certain admirers become troublesome. In Dream Girl 2, Ayushmann will once again take on the role of speaking with a female voice and will additionally embrace cross-dressing, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the film.

Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday’s fans have a reason to celebrate as the eagerly anticipated movie soundtrack for Dream Girl 2 continues to unfold. Following the release of the first track Dil Ka Telephone 2.0, Ayushmann has now unveiled the latest song , Naach. This vibrant music video, featuring both Ayushmann and Ananya, is a creation of Tanishk Bagchi and is beautifully rendered by Nakash Aziz. Zee Music Company, the official music partner of the film, has just premiered this catchy song on YouTube, adding to the excitement surrounding the movie’s musical journey.

Under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures, Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor are producing the upcoming comedy-drama Dream Girl 2, skillfully directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa. This film serves as a spiritual successor to the 2019 hit Dream Girl. The movie boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Ayushmann Khurrana, Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal, Annu Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Vijay Raaz, Asrani, Abhishek Banerjee, Manjot Singh, and Seema Pahwa. Commencing its production in 2022, filming for the project extended through early 2023.
