Shah Rukh Khan, the superstar of Bollywood, is all set to impress his fans with his upcoming film Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. The film, which also stars Taapsee Pannu and Boman Irani, is said to be an immigration drama with some action elements. Recently, action director Sham Kaushal, who has worked with Hirani in his previous films, opened up about his experience of collaborating with Shah Rukh Khan in Dunki.
Sham Kaushal On Working With Shah Rukh Khan
In an interview with another publication, Kaushal revealed that Shah Rukh Khan is very sportive and sweet on the sets of Dunki. He said that the actor is always ready to coordinate with the stunt team and the other actors, and that he is very respectful of everyone’s work. Kaushal also said that Shah Rukh Khan will be seen performing some action in the film, even though it is not an out-and-out action film.
He said, “It’s not an out-and-out action film, but there is some action in the film. Shah Rukh is very sportive, he will always be on the sets coordinating with the stunt team and actors, he is very sweet.”

Sham Kaushal On Working With Rajkumar Hirani
Further talking about his collaboration with Hirani, Sham said, “He is like a brother to me, this is my fourth film with him. It’s always great to work with such people, who you have comfort with. I’m blessed to be working with good people always.”
Kaushal also expressed his happiness of working with Rajkumar Hirani for the fourth time. He said that Hirani is like a brother to him, and that he enjoys working with someone he has comfort with.

Dunki is one of the most anticipated films of Shah Rukh Khan, since it marks first ever collaboration between Khan and Rajkumar Hirani. Dunki is expected to release on December 22, 2023. Shah Rukh Khan had announced the release date of the film by sharing a hilarious video with Rajkumar Hirani on his social media accounts. In the video, he said that the film’s title in English would be Donkey, and that it is a story of people who want to come back home.

Meanwhile, fans are anticipating his next release Jawan, directed by Atlee Kumar. The film is said to be a masala entertainer with Shah Rukh Khan playing a double role. The film also stars Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra and Sunil Grover with a special appearance from Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
