Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt are all set to star in the movie Ball and Chain based on a late ‘90s comic book series with the same title.
The story on the film revolves around a couple, equipped with superpowers, Mr. and Mrs. Smith struggling in their marriage. However, their superpowers only work when they are together.
The project is written by Emily V Gordon the project will adapt four-issue Ball and Chain — which comes from the minds of writer Scott Lobdell, and illustrators Alé Garza & Richard Bennett
Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt who is also in the lead of Disney’s Jungle Cruise has been pushed back a year to a July 30, 2021 release date.
