Ekta Kapoor Slams Radhika Madan’s Comment on Taxing Work Culture In TV, Says “Have No Respect…”

The English medium starrer actress Radhika Madan, has recently sparked a controversy with a statement she made about the work culture of television. She used to work in a TV show ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’ before entering into the Bollywood Industry. In 2018, she made her bollywood debut alongside Sanya Malhotra in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Patakha. She is currently promoting her upcoming film Kuttey, in which she co-stars with Arjun Kapoor. Ekta Kapoor has now joined the list of celebrities who have reacted to her statement.

Radhika became a subject of debate after making a remark about the work culture of television. In one of the promotional interviews, the actress revealed that she used to work for 40-50 hours on a taxing shoot shift while shooting for her TV show.

Radhika Madan’s statement drew the attention of many TV actors, and the most recent to join the list is the one and only Ekta Kapoor. After Sayantani Ghosh, the television’s tsarina called her a sad and shameful actor who had forgotten her roots. Ekta Kapoor took to social media to share Sayantani Ghosh’s interview, writing, “Sad!!!! and Shameful actors have no regard for their roots, kudos.” Radhika Madan previously stated in an interview, “Aap set pe chalo, script garma garam aa rahi hai.”

Well, some popular television actors like Karanvir Bhora and Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya passed some comments on her interview. KV said, “Well said @sayantanighosh0609 what she said wasn’t wrong, but the way she said was demeaning ….. @radhikamadan you should have been a Lil more sensitive about this…aapko kya lagta hai, filmo mein aise nahi hai?”

‘Banoo main teri dulhann’ famous actress Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya said, “Sayantani I completely agree with your views and admire the way you have addressed the issue.”
