Ek Villain Returns, the sequel to Mohit Suri’s 2014 film, has got a new release date now. It is scheduled to hit the theatres on July 29, 2022. John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani will be seen playing the leads. Ek Villain Returns will feature John and Arjun as villains, not heroes.
We saw a glimpse of Ek Villain 2 and it’s difficult to keep calm for following reasons:
1. The teaser of the film leaves you wanting for more with haunting tune and some intense visuals.
2. Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani add right amount of sizzle to this intense drama.
3. The film’s teaser will be out in last week of June and we can’t keep calm.
4. The soundtrack along the lines of Mohit Suri’s past record and massy content – that’s what worked for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
Ek Villain Returns is the sequel to Sidharth Malhotra’s 2014 smash film Ek Villain, which stars Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh. While the original film in the franchise focused on a hero and a villain, Ek Villain Returns will tell the narrative of two villains, with John Abraham and Arjun Kapoor playing the antagonists. The female leads in the upcoming thriller are Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani.
Mohit Suri has directed a number of films, including Half Girlfriend, Aashiqui 2, Murder 2, Zeher, and Kalyug. John Abraham’s first collaboration with the director is Ek Villain Returns.
