EXCLUSIVE: Dunki Promotions To Start From Tomorrow 11th December, Extensive Plans In Place From Shah Rukh Khan And Rajkumar Hirani Including A Possible 2nd Trailer

Dunki is a comedy-drama film directed by Rajkumar Hirani, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani. The film is based on the illegal immigration technique of “donkey flights”, where people use fake passports and visas to enter foreign countries. The film follows the adventures of four friends from Punjab who dream of going to London and take the risky route of Dunki.

Shah Rukh Khan plays the role of Hardayal “Hardy” Singh Dhillon, a soldier who promises to take the friends to their dream destination. This is Khan’s first collaboration with Hirani, who is known for his successful films like Munna Bhai M.B.B.S., 3 Idiots, Sanju and PK. Khan revealed that Hirani had offered him roles in his previous films, but things never worked out. He also said that Dunki is “a story of people who want to come back home… when you finally get the calling.”

Dunki To Surprise Audience Building Hype Till Its Release

Shah Rukh Khan And Rajkumar Hirani just shot a special promotion song for Dunki. This song might be part of the film or just used for promotion.

SRK will visit Dubai like he did for Jawan and Pathaan. Also next unit from the film Dunki Drop 5 will be out in next 24 hours. It will be romantic song from the film.

In addition to that, Shah Rukh will launch 2nd trailer of the film which will reveal more about core of the film. This trailer might come out on 17th December. Shah Rukh and Rajkumar Hirani might visit London to promote film and possible premiere.

Shah Rukh To Visit Dubai For Special Event

Shah Rukh will visit Dubai and on 17th December, trailer of the film will be played on Burj Khalifa followed by a special event same night at Leading club in Dubai. An event management company has just announced the arrival of King Khan in their night club in Dubai to celebrate the much anticipated release of Dunki on Sunday, December 17, 2023 and the internet is buzzing with anticipation of the film promotions on the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, the King Khan style.

The film’s promotion on the Burj Khalifa is expected to be a spectacular event, as the 828-meter skyscraper will display the film’s poster, trailer and songs on its LED facade. The star is expected to interact with the fans and media from the Dubai mall’s deck, which offers a panoramic view of the mall and tower.

The promotion will be followed by an exclusive party at Sky 2.0, a striking open-air venue in the Dubai Design District. Sky 2.0 is known for its world-class entertainment, ground-breaking technology and exemplary service. The venue will host the stars and their guests for a night of music, dance and fun.

Dunki Was Shot Across The Globe

The film was shot in various locations, including Mumbai, Jabalpur, Kashmir, Budapest, London, Jeddah and Neom. The film also features a special song by Khan, which he shot in UAE earlier this month. The film is set to release worldwide on 21 December 2023.

Dunki has generated a lot of buzz among the fans and the media, as it marks Khan’s comeback to the big screen after a gap of four years. His last film was Jawan and Pathaan , we’re blockbusters earlier this year. Khan has also been interacting with his fans on social media, answering their questions and sharing his witty responses. One of his fans asked him if there is any sex scene in Dunki, to which Khan replied, “Hope not. It’s a family film.”
