The producers are now required to release their movies on at least 40 to 50 screens in theaters. How can a movie featuring Nawaz succeed while big movies struggle to reach 5–6 crores?

Jogira Sara Ra Ra!, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma, was rumored to get a direct OTT release. The producers later confirmed that the movie will debut in theaters first.

The above information that has been spreading on every other entertainment website out there is not entirely accurate. We have an exclusive for our readers regarding why this movie, whose makers originally intended for it to be an OTT release, is suddenly debuting in theaters.

Although this Nawaz starrer was always intended to be an OTT release, it was unable to do so because it was a small film with limited appeal. The only demand the OTT owners made of the makers was that the movie first is released in theaters before they could buy them.

The producers are now required to release their movies on at least 40 to 50 screens in theaters. How can a movie featuring Nawaz succeed while big movies struggle to reach 5–6 crores? Well, this is understood, however because of the circumstances, those who do not want to go the theatrical route must because they have no other option.

Well, this has been going on for a while; prior to this, the films Sherdil, starring Pankaj Tripathi, Hurdang starring Sunny Kaushal, and the low-budget Operation Romeo, which was directed by Shashant Shah and distributed by Reliance Entertainment, all had the same issue.

Talking about the film Jogira Sara Ra Ra!, it was made during the pandemic and is already in post-production, and its producers will soon reveal when it will be released in theaters. The romantic comedy was filmed in Varanasi and Lucknow under the direction of Kushan Nandy and was produced by Naeem A Siddiqui. The coupling is highly novel, and as one would anticipate from a Nawazuddin Siddiqui movie, there will undoubtedly be many eccentricities.
