Shah Rukh Khan‘s latest movie, Pathaan, was released theatrically on January 25th, 2023, and has already become the highest-grossing Hindi film at box office in the history of Indian cinema. Film collected 1055 cr gross worldwide and 525 cr nett in India. Film became highest grossing Hindi film ever in India and overseas.
Pathaan has received positive reviews from critics and audiences alike, with many praising Shah Rukh Khan’s performance as a spy. It has been termed as biggest comeback by any actor in history of Indian cinema as SRK came back after gap of four years and following underwhelming performance of Zero, Fan and Jab Harry Met Sejal.
In addition to its theatrical release, Pathaan also released on OTT platforms. The extended version of the movie was released on Amazon Prime Video on March 22nd, 2023, in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil. Film topped at Amazon Prime too and trended on number 1 in 54 countries around the world.
Satellite Premiere Of Pathaan
The satellite rights of Pathaan have been acquired by Star Gold India, and now it is set for satellite premiere. It will air on June 18th at 8:00 PM.
Directed by Siddharth Anand, Pathaan is an action thriller that revolves around an Indian agent racing against a doomsday clock as a ruthless mercenary with a bitter vendetta mounts an apocalyptic attack against the country. It also had Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in pivotal roles in addition to cameo by Salman Khan.
