Amazon Prime has released its top 10 movies this week which includes Sita Ramam on first, followed by Viruman, Yaar Mera Titliaan Warga, The North Sea. Others include KGF Chapter 2, Fantastic Beats, X, Yutha Satham, Dagdi Chawl 2.
Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, Sita Ramam stars Dulqueer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna, Bhumika Chawla and others. It’s a romance-historical drama of 2 hour 43 minutes.
It showcases an orphaned soldier’s life changes after he gets a letter from a girl named Sita. Love grows between them when he meets her. When he returns to her Kashmir’s camp, he sends a letter to Sita that will not arrive at her place. It was released on August 5, 2022 and is streaming on Amazon Prime.
Speaking of Yaar Mera Titliaan Warga, the Punjabi film is directed by Vikas Vashisht. It was released on September 2, 2022. The 1 hour 20 min film stars Gippy Grewal, Tanu Grewal, Karamjit Anmol. The comedy- darama as a married couple who gets their hands on dating sites on their phones.
Meanwhile, Dagadi Chawl 2, released on August 18, is a 2 hour 10 min film which tells about the people residing in Dagadi Chawl, a slum located in Mumbai. They try to rehabilitate after the annihilation of their homes. It’s helmed by Chandrakant Kans and produced by Sangeeta Ahir. The film stars Neha Bam, Ankush Chaudhari and Nitin Bodhare.
