Netflix has decided to honour its fans by hosting TUDUM, the company’s first-ever fan event. The fan event features over 70 series, films, and specials, as well as 145 stars and creators from around the world. The Netflix Tudum: India Spotlight, which went live late Saturday, also had an Indian segment, which unveiled new projects to look out for in the coming months. There’s a lot on the horizon for Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Vishal Bhardwaj, Tabu, Riteish Deshmukh, & more with the upcoming projects.

Heeramandi:
Sanjay Leela Bhansali and opulence go hand in hand. He’s recreated a scene from pre-independence India for the series, which will tell the lives of courtesans. There will be plenty of love, treachery, heartbreak, and achievements.

Meenakshi Sundareshwar:
Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani play a couple who enters into an arranged marriage in the film. Meenakshi and Sundareshwar are their first names, and they are the names of the town Madurai and the famous Meenakshi – Sundareshwar temple in Tamil Nadu. But where does the similarity end? The movie follows a newlywed couple as they navigate the perplexing world of marriage.

Madhuri Dixit Nene plays a global superstar who goes missing in this series. As the search for the actress progresses, a slew of terrible secrets from Anamika’s circle of friends and family emerge. Sri Rao, along with Nisha Mehta, Karishma Kohli, and Bejoy Nambiar, is the showrunner and writer. Sanjay Kapoor and Manav Kaul play pivotal parts in the film.
