Fukrey 3 Receives a Revised Release Date, Releasing on December 1

Over the years, the Fukrey franchise has gained immense popularity in the Hindi Film Industry, especially among the youth. Although the first film was only moderately successful, the sequel exceeded expectations and became a blockbuster at the box office, solidifying its fan base. Fukrey Returns was released in 2017, and now, after a gap of six years, the team is gearing up for the much-awaited Fukrey 3.

Initially scheduled for release on November 24, the producers, Excel Entertainment, have recently revealed that the film’s release has been postponed to December. This exclusive information has been obtained from reliable sources.

Sources familiar with the matter have disclosed that Fukrey 3 is currently considering two potential release dates, namely December 1 and December 8. However, the likelihood of a December 1 release appears to be higher. The decision to aim for a winter release aligns with the pattern established by Fukrey Returns, the second film in the series, which was also released in December.

Delay In Release Due To Jawan

Film was earlier locked for September release but later Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan moved to 7th September forcing Fukrey to move further ahead. Extensive discussions have taken place in recent weeks, with December 1 or December 8 receiving the majority of support from various stakeholders. An official announcement regarding the release date is expected to be made soon, according to an insider.

The team’s primary objective is to ensure a sufficient gap between the releases of Tiger 3 and Dunki, prompting them to schedule Fukrey 3 three weeks after Tiger 3 and three weeks before Dunki. This strategic move allows the film to have ample breathing space

Fukrey 3, directed by Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, is an upcoming Hindi movie set to release on December 1, 2023. It features Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Varun Sharma, and Richa Chadha in lead roles.
