Emraan Hashmi is all set to lead the action thriller Ground Zero set against a war backdrop. His soldier avatar in the teaser has already impressed fans.
Now, Fresh updates reveal that the film’s trailer will drop next week. Emraan and the film’s team will launch it at a grand event.
Ground Zero Trailer To Be Unveiled On THIS Date
Media reports confirm that the trailer will arrive on April 7. Emraan Hashmi, producers Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, and director Tejas Deoskar will attend the launch.
The film takes inspiration from true events. The teaser, which runs for 1 minute and 11 seconds, gives a glimpse of the story set in Kashmir. Emraan plays BSF Deputy Commandant Narendra Nath Dubey. In an intense moment, he delivers the powerful line, “Pehredaari bahut ho gayi, ab prahaar hoga (Enough of guarding, now there will be an attack).”
Film’s Teaser Was Dropped Recently
The makers shared the teaser on Instagram and wrote, “Bravery, sacrifice, and a mission that changed everything. #GroundZero teaser out now! #AbPrahaarHoga.”
Sai Tamhankar, Zoya Hussain, Mukesh Tiwari, Deepak Paramesh, Lalit Prabhakar, Rockey Raina, and Rahul Vohra also play key roles in the film.
After its online drop, Ground Zero’s teaser was reportedly screened in cinemas alongside Salman Khan and Rashmika Mandanna’s Sikandar. A source revealed that the film is based on an untold battle, blending action, emotion, and patriotism.
The makers have a strong marketing plan in place. The teaser is just the beginning, with the trailer and a few songs set to follow.
Tejas Prabha Vijay Deoskar has directed Ground Zero. Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar have produced it under Excel Entertainment. Kassim Jagmagia, Vishal Ramchandani, Sundeep C Sidhwani, Arhan Bagati, Talisman Films, Abhishek Kumar, and Nishikant Roy have co-produced the film.
Box Office Worldwide was first to reveal and it was later confirmed that Ground Zero is set to hit cinemas on April 25, 2025.
