Indian cinema has once again made its mark on the international stage with the release of the film RRR. The movie has been praised for its exceptional action sequences, stunts, and original music. It has not only broken box office records but has also won numerous awards and accolades both in India and internationally.
Recently, at the Hollywood Critics Association 2023, RRR won four awards including Best Action Film, Best Stunts, Best Song, and Best International Film. Ram Charan, one of the lead actors in the film, was present at the awards ceremony to receive the awards on behalf of the team.
Moreover, the film has also received the ‘Spotlight Award’ at HCA 2023 for the exceptional performances by Alia Bhatt and Jr. NTR. Apart from its critical and commercial success, RRR’s popular song ‘Naatu Naatu’ has been nominated for ‘Best Original Song’ at the 2023 Academy Awards. This is a testament to the film’s outstanding music score, which has become a fan favorite.
RRR is directed by SS Rajamouli and stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR in lead roles. It has elevated Indian cinema to new heights and has captured the hearts of audiences worldwide.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt, who starred in RRR, was on a maternity break after giving birth to her first child with husband Ranbir Kapoor. But now, she has resumed shooting for a song sequence in the upcoming film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.’ This film is directed by Karan Johar and stars Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Shaban Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan in pivotal roles.
