Ajay Devgn’s first-period drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is all set to hit the theaters in the coming year. The film will be the reunion of Kajol and Ajay after a very long time. The film also features Saif Ali Khan in a negative role.
Based on the Maratha warrior Tanaji Malusare, the military leader of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj the film is directed by Om Raut.
The makers have released two trailers and songs so far. The film has managed to create a great buzz in the audience. While talking about the film the Golmaal actor shared, “Apart from the film being grand and carrying a message, it is also educative, it is informative. It is an interesting story to watch and such combination is rare.”
Talking about why the film is in 3D the actor shared, “Besides the storyline, I am always inclined to create new things like when I wanted to make this film we worked on 3D and technology in a way that it should look new. Visually we are very happy with the film.”
Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is slated for January 10, 2020 release.
