Hindu Sena Requested The Removal Of Numerous Portions From The Movie Adipurush In A Plea To The Delhi High Court

Adipurush Film Disputation Adipurush movie dispute has now made it to the Delhi High Court. The Adipurush movie’s parts including Lord Ram, Mata Sita, Hanuman, and Ravana have been requested to be cut by Hindu Sena national president Vishnu Gupta. He asserted that the portrayal of religious figures is at odds with the characters in the movie. The ongoing debate around the Adipurush movie, which stars Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan, has now been taken to the Delhi High Court. Vishnu Gupta, the national president of the Hindu Sena, has filed a petition asking for the film’s scenes involving Lord Ram, Mata Sita, Hanuman, and Ravana to be cut. It is asserted that the characters in the movie run counter to the representations of religious figures.

Raj Gaurav, a lawyer, had previously brought a lawsuit in Tis Hazari Court asking for instructions on how to release the film and remove the offensive material from YouTube.

The lawyer contended that the inaccurate portrayal of Lord Rama and Hanuman had damaged the religious feelings of the Hindu people. The complainant had asked for permission to stay on the movie permanently.

Raj Gaurav, a lawyer, argued that the respondents could not alter the Ramayana’s original form while claiming freedom of expression. It is a component of Indian culture, civilisation, spirituality, and religion, he claimed. The teaser for the movie portrays Lord Rama as a despotic, vengeful, and furious guy, in contrast to the traditional image of him as a calm, loving man.
