The announcement instantly lit up timelines with fans reacting to the catchy promo and the slick visual aesthetic established in the video. From all-out enthusiasm to genuine questioning, the internet has had its fair share of reactions; however, after all of the buzz surrounding Housefull 5’s teaser and cast this summer, fans were ready to show out, especially with music.
FAN REACTIONS: “Not Excited, Looks Like Same Old Nadiadwala Formula”
While a handful of unconditional Akki fans voiced their predilection when he announced the song release, there were a fair share who were underwhelmed.

It’s clear the audience has expectations—and they’re not holding back this time around.
Housefull 5: What We Know So Far
Slated for a June 6, 2025 release, Housefull 5 is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and stars Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon, and Pooja Hegde, with massive ensemble chaos expected. The franchise has historically ruled at the box office, but this time, fan scrutiny is also higher than ever.
BoxOfficeWorldwide Verdict:
With the romantic number ‘Dil-E-Nadaan’ building anticipation in a romantic detour from the slapstick antics of the series, the filmmakers are banking on the duality of comedy and romance in the swag-filled Housefull 5. However, while mixed feelings are airing already, the filmmakers will have to do more than place sentimentality hot on nostalgia to woo an audience that thrives to be satisfied through scepticism in 2025, it seems to be!
