Actor Hrithik Roshan visited the Mumbai Police’s Crime Branch office on Saturday to record a statement in connection with his 2016 complaint about fake emails in his name to Kangana Ranaut. The actor had been asked to visit the Crime Intelligence Unit (CIU) an official said.
On Friday, responding to the same news article, Kangana wrote on Twitter, “Duniya kahan se kahan pahunch gayi magar mera silly ex abhi bhi waheen hai usi modh pe jahan yeh waqt dobara laut ke nahi jane wala … (The world has changed so much but my silly ex is still caught up in the moment to which the time will never return).”
In 2016, the actor had filed a complaint against Kangana in which he alleged that someone is impersonating him and sending e-mails from a fake id to Kangana. However, the actress had revealed that the id was provided to her by Hrithik himself and that they had been communicating from the same id till 2014.
However Hrithik Roshan denied being in a relationship with Kangana Ranaut and in 2016, his laptop and phone were taken by the Cyber Cell for further investigation.
