According to rumours, a Hindi adaptation of the 2017 movie Vikram Vedha will be released on September 30, 2022, starring Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan. While fans wait for an official announcement, a recent report from a top daily suggests that Hrithik and Saif will begin filming for Vikram Vedha in Serbia in October.
The film that originally stars Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan, its remake may soon go on floors as per the latest update.
According to a source, Saif and Hrithik, as well as the director duo Pushkar-Gayathri, may travel to Serbia in October to film significant scenes for the film. According to reports, Hrithik and Saif may fly to Georgia for a filming stint after Serbia, and then return to India to shoot dramatic scenes before concluding the film. While there has been no official confirmation, the rumour of the remake of the South classic is sure to generate excitement among fans.
A source told Mid-Day, “Hrithik, Saif and the crew will head to Serbia to shoot a major chunk of the film, followed by a stint in Georgia. They intend to wrap up the action sequences in the foreign locales before they return to home turf to can the dramatic scenes.”
It was rumoured a month ago that the film’s final release date had been set, and that it will be close to Gandhi Jayanti 2022. According to reports, Radhika Apte would play Saif’s lawyer wife in the Hindi adaptation.
