Imagine If Ranbir Kapoor Starrer Wake Up Sid Was Called Badmaash, Ayan Mukherji Reveals Details

On Sunday, the comedy-drama movie “Wake Up Sid,” starring Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Konkona Sen Sharma, turned 13 years old. The movie, which was Ayan’s debut film and was made by Karan Johar, was a box office success. After “Wake Up Sid” became a hit, Ayan and Ranbir worked together on movies like “Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani” and the just-released sci-fi action movie “Brahmastra: Part -1 Shiva.”

Ayan won the Best Debut Director prize for “Wake Up Sid.”

A very big and very important information which was revealed by the maker of this beautiful film on a interview when interviewer asked something about the film title to Director Ayan that, ” You wanted to call this movie BADMASH but Ranbir suggested WAKE UP SID?”

Ayan Replied,” I had a title BADMASH when we began but Ranbir suggested WAKE UP SID and we all kind of rallied around it, we all felt it was a fun title.”

Ranbir’s next film appearance will be in Animal with Rashmika Mandanna and Animal. Additionally, he is in Shraddha Kapoor’s unnamed Luv Ranjan follow-up. The actor is currently savouring Brahmastra’s triumph, though.
