Finally the entertainment industry is getting on track with numerous guidelines. One of the rules was not to also artists above the age of 65 on the set.

However, senior actors and cine bodies were not happy with it. They raised concerns over financial setbacks and had requested the Maharashtra Government to issue relaxation on July 23, 2020.

Indian Motion Pictures Producers Association (IMPPA) had also issued a letter to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra-Uddhav Thackeray regarding the same.

Reacting on the request High Court Mumbai, has lifted such restriction and allowed artists above the age of 65 to work, following all necessary guidelines.
