Good news for the fans of Irrfan Khan, after fighting with major heart issues the actor is finally back on his game. The actor has started working on Angrezi Medium. The film is a sequel to his 2017 released Hindi Medium which was highly appreciated by the audience.
Irrfan Khan’s look from the film has been released on social media where the actor can be seen laughing. We can see Irrfan in a good and healthy condition.
Last year the Qarib Qarib Singlle actor was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumor. Since then the actor was under treatment abroad.
Irrfan also thanked the prayers, blessings and love that he received while he was fighting the ailment on his social media.
“Maybe somewhere in the pursuit of winning, we forget how much it means to be loved. In our vulnerability, we are reminded. As I leave my footprints onto these steps of my life, I want to pause to be grateful for receiving your immense love and support.” he wrote.
“It soothed me in my process of healing. So I travel back to you, thanking you from the bottom of my heart,” Irrfan wrote with a photograph in which he reflects joy,” he added.
The actor also went for surgery in London, as informed by his spokesperson.
“Irrfan had a successful surgery after wrapping ‘Angrezi Medium‘ shoot in London. He was missing home and has come to Mumbai for a few days and recover. We request the media to not speculate and thanking everyone again for the continued support,” the statement made by his team.
Staring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Dimple Kapadia, Radhika Madan and Deepak Dobriyal Angrezi Medium is set to release on 20 March 2020.
The film has been directed by Homi Adajania and is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jio Studios.
