In the last few months, some actors reportedly died of heart attacks while collapsing at the gyms. Television actor Siddhaanth Vir Surryavansh is the recent case and Raju Srivastav was another. Suniel extensively spoke on the issue in an interview with Times Of India.
“It’s heart failure and not heart attack,” stated Suniel, adding it’s not the issue because they are not stretching themselves surpassing their limits and further blamed supplements and steroids. He emphasised on right nutrition in an adequate and the right way. He raised a doubt whether whether the gyms were taking the required precautions prior to making clients to hardcore workouts.
“I must add here that post COVID, we need to do the test that tells us whether our blood is forming clots (D-Dimer Test). COVID is leading to blood clotting and that can be dangerous,” the Hera Pheri actor said.
Meanwhile, on the work front, he told Mid-day, “Everything was on track, but I don’t know what happened suddenly [that] Akshay is not a part of it anymore. Once I am [done with] Dharavi Bank promotions, I will sit with Firoz [Nadiadwala, producer] and understand why and how this happened. Akshay, Paresh and I had committed to the movie, and this twist has stunned me.”
