Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has a reputation for being too outspoken. She never misses an opportunity to make headlines, whether it be by making fun of her peers or spreading political gyan on Twitter. The actress recently criticised a media article for slamming RRR director SS Rajamouli due to his comments regarding religion in a recent interview.

In a recent interview, RRR director SS Rajamouli discussed his religious convictions and asserted that religion is essentially a kind of exploitation. After he made his remarks, a media piece reportedly made fun of the filmmaker, which Kangana apparently didn’t like. She stated that she won’t tolerate anything against him and came out in his favour like a genuine Bollywood queen.

Kangana recently took to her twitter handle and wrote, “No need to overreact, it’s ok not to carry Bhagwa Jhandi everywhere, our actions speak louder than words. Being a proud Hindu calls upon all kinds of attacks, hostility, trolling, and a huge amount of negativity, we make movies for everyone, we artists are vulnerable especially.”

Kangana also added, “Because we get no support from the so-called right-wing as well we are absolutely on our own, so sit down, don’t even dare. I won’t tolerate anything against Rajamouli sir who is like a flame in the rain, a genius and nationalist a yogi of the highest order. We are blessed to have him.”

SS Rajamouli recently discussed his disbelief and faith in religion. The director stated, Religion is a form of exploitation. He did, however, acknowledge that Hindu epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharata had a significant influence on his narrative, and we must concede that this is clear. Kangana Ranaut has now backed up his controversial statement that has split the internet.

Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut recently wrapped the shoot of her first solo film, the period drama ‘Emergency’ in which she plays former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
