In the world of remakes here comes another classic is ready to get rebooted. The 1980’s multistarrer film The Burning Train will soon set recreated with a twist. Jackky Bhagnani and Juno Chopra are coming together to produce the film.
Interestingly the original film was directed by Juno’s father Ravi Chopra and produced by his grandfather BR Chopra.
The remake will set to roll from this year while this film will be a multistarrer just like the original. The cast is under the process of finalizing.
The story of the film revolves around a train that is apparently the fastest train in the country. However, on its first journey from New Delhi to Mumbai, it catches fire. The film was inspired by the 1975 Japanese movie The Bullet Train.
The original film starred Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Vinod Khanna, Parveen Babi, Jeetendra, Neetu Singh, Danny Denzongpa, Vinod Mehra, Ranjeet, Simi Garewal, Iftekhar, and Om Shivpuri.
