Last year, The alluring actress Janhvi Kapoor expressed her desire to collaborate with Jr NTR and also called the RRR actor a ‘Legend’ . Since then, Janhvi has been in contact with director Kortala Siva about his upcoming film with Jr. NTR, currently known as ‘NTR 30’. The NTR 30 team has now finally signed Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead in this action-packed drama.
A reliable source told Pinkvilla, “NTR 30 team has been in conversation with multiple actresses over the last 6 months and have finally found their female lead in Janhvi Kapoor. The Kortala Siva directorial will mark the debut for Janhvi Kapoor in the Telugu Film Industry, though the film is being mounted as a proper Pan India film.” The source also said that an official announcement will soon be made.
NTR 30 is scheduled for release in April 2024 and is anticipated to begin production by the end of this month. It is among the most eagerly anticipated films in the Telugu film industry and marks Jr. NTR’s return to the big screen two years after RRR. As Jr. NTR will be returning to the big screen following the huge success of RRR, there are expectations in the Hindi belts as well. The source also stated, “Apart from Jr. NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, a big star-cast will come on board the film from across industries making it a proper Pan India affair.”
Regarding Janhvi, the actress is incredibly eager to make her Telugu debut in this high-profile Pan India Film. Over the coming year, she has a number of Hindi-language movies scheduled, including Mr. Aur. Mrs. Mahi with Rajkummar Rao and Bawaal with Varun Dhawan.
