John Abraham is known for attempting various genres in order to notice repeat himself. Though he rose to prominence with Dhoom he never took that for granted and started doing action films back-to-back. But for a couple of years now, he’s more into the serious kind of cinema.
From Parmanu, Satyameva Jayate to RAW & Batla House, John missed doing a comedy film. But he’s back where he likes to be & will be soon seen in Anees Bazmee’s Pagalpanti. The movie also stars Arshad Warsi, Anil Kapoor, Pulkit Samrat, Ileana D’cruz, Kriti Kharbabanda & Urvashi Rautela.
According to an online portal, a report said “Taking a break from serious cinema was much needed for him. He also revealed that he started shooting for Pagalpanti soon after he wrapped Batla House, so it was difficult for him to switch so quickly.”
He jumped into Pagalpanti after Batla House and it’s also been said that it was difficult for John to adapt this transition. But with the help of director Anees Bazmee and the rest of the cast, he managed to pull himself up.
