The Hindi film industry has been announcing the release dates of their films just a day after Maharashtra’s state government declared their decision to reopen theatres on October 22. Satyameva Jayate 2’s producers revealed late Sunday night that the film will be released on November 26, 2021.

Making the announcement, the makers wrote, “Do Takke Ki Jaan lene 56 inch ka JIGARAA nahi, 56 inch ka HATHODA chaahiye!” #SatyamevaJayate2 releasing on 26th November 2021”.

The film stars John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar and is directed by Milap Zaveri. It was slated to release on May 13th, alongside Salman Khan’s Radhe-Your Most Wanted Bhai. However, due to the pandemic, their schedule was pushed back. In June of this year, the film was completed.

John will appear in the film in two different personas. Satyameva Jayate 2 stars Manoj Bajpayee, Amyra Dastur, Gautami Kapoor, Shaad Randhawa, Sahil Vaid, and Anup Soni, and is co-produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar’s T-Series and Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, and Nikkhil Advani’s Emmay Entertainment.
