After War 2, Jr NTR is back in the news for his much-hyped film with KGF director Prashanth Neel. The actor flew out earlier today to begin shooting the project, tentatively titled Dragon.
Jr NTR Gears Up For The Shoot Of Prashanth Neel’s Next
He was spotted Jr NTR at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad. NTR travelled to Mangaluru with producers Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar. The film’s production house, Mythri Movie Makers, shared pictures on social media and confirmed the shoot will begin on April 22.
They wrote, “THE HUNT BEGINS… Man of Masses @tarak9999 sets off to join the shoot of #NTRNeel from April 22nd. ABSOLUTE MAYHEM.”
Jr NTR kept it casual and cool at the airport. He interacted with the team before heading to his flight. Fans are already calling this his most action-packed role yet.
The team will start filming in Kunta, Mangaluru. Jr NTR will jump straight into an intense action sequence. You can expect a lot of high-energy drama right from the start.
More About NTRNeel
Mythri Movie Makers is producing the film with support from NTR Arts. Ravi Basrur, known for his KGF soundtrack, is composing the music. The makers plan to release the film in multiple languages across India.
While rumours suggest Rukmini Vasanth might play the female lead, the team hasn’t confirmed anything yet.
Dragon will be Jr NTR’s second big project after RRR. It also marks his first collaboration with Prashanth Neel. Fans already expect something explosive from this duo.
Interestingly, the film’s title came out in an unexpected way. SS Rajamouli mentioned it during an RRR: Behind and Beyond event in Japan. While listing films that could push Telugu cinema forward, he casually dropped Dragon as Jr NTR’s upcoming project.
That clip quickly went viral online, and the name has been trending ever since. Now that the shoot begins on April 22, fans are hoping for more updates soon.
