Junaid Khan Calls Aamir Khan & Family ‘Biggest Critic’ At Home
Junaid mentioned, “We don’t really talk about films much. But I know that Ira unconditionally supports me. I’m blessed to have a very supportive family. They don’t shy away from being honest. Even Papa (Aamir) will say, ‘Look, I feel this, but you should do what you want.’ The same goes for Mum. Everyone is very supportive and encouraging, even in their criticism.”
Actor Reacts To Difference Between Aamir & Him
When asked about the differences in acting techniques between him and his father, Junaid remarked, “I guess that is a compliment (laughs). I don’t know how to answer that. It’s not necessarily a conscious effort. As performers, we’re all different. He’s a fantastic actor. Often, you can’t tell it’s the same person between his films. So, yes, we are very different as performers.”
Junaid Khan Feels Inspired By His Character & Story In Maharaj
In a recent interview with ANI, Junaid expressed his admiration for Karsandas Mulji’s story. “He was a real person who, in 1862, was addressing issues that still exist today. These issues occur in every society. Back then, without much knowledge, he was fighting against them. I found the character and the story very inspirational. It’s remarkable that he had such understanding during that time,” he said.
