Actress Kajal Aggarwal recently tied knots with her long-time boyfriend Gautam Kitchlu in an intimate ceremony on October 30.
Talking about her relationship with Gautam Kajal recently reveled how there friendship turned into a marriage. Kajal revealed that it began with friendship with Gautam and they eventually dated later on. “Gautam and I dated for about three years, and then we were friends for seven. We have progressed in every stage of being friends and been very important in each other’s lives,” she revealed to the magazine.
She further added, “Gautam is understated when it comes to romance. He’s not the filmy sort, and I am grateful for it because I have enough of that in my films.” “So, it wasn’t a proposal with all of the jazz, but it was an extremely heartfelt, emotional conversation between us. He was so authentic about his feelings and the way he expressed how he wanted to have a future with me; I couldn’t be more sure about spending my life with him!”
She also talked about how different it was to plan a wedding in lockdown. “There was no going out physically—everything was done over WhatsApp and Zoom calls. The designers—Anita Dongre, Anamika Khanna, Varun Bahl, Falguni Shane Peacock—were so supportive. They sent me swatches at the nascent stages, shipped my outfit home for fittings, and made everything so seamless. My stylist Ami Patel helped through the process and styled my entire trousseau,” she revealed.
She also added that many family members and friends joined the ceremony via Zoom Call.
