Kangana Ranaut is preparing for the release of Jayalalithaa’s biopic, ‘Thalaivii,’ which she is starring in. The film recently received a ‘U’ certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on September 10th around the world.
Previously, the Tamil version earned a ‘U’ certification from the board; today, the Hindi version has received a ‘U’ certificate from the CBFC. The much-anticipated trailer was released a few days ago. The stars and the team received a lot of accolades from the fans for accurately portraying Jayalalithaa’s life through the various stages of her life. The filmmakers have chosen a theatrical release as a tribute to Jayalalithaa, bringing the icon back to the big screen.
The film’s release date was revealed last week by the makers. Sharing a new poster, Kangana wrote, ”The story of this iconic personality deserves to be witnessed only on the BIG SCREEN!

Thalaivii, directed by Vijay, is slated to hit theatres on September 10th, 2021, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telegu.
