According to the latest reports, the film that will mark Ibrahim’s entry into Bollywood is titled Sarzameen and is an emotional thriller. The film is directed by Kayoze Irani, the son of veteran actor Boman Irani, who has previously worked as an assistant director in films like Student of the Year and 2 States.
Kajol joins Ibrahim Ali Khan In Sarzameen
The most interesting news is that Karan Johar has roped in his best friend and frequent collaborator Kajol for the film. The actress, who has worked with Karan in films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and My Name Is Khan, will play a pivotal role in Sarzameen. The film is said to have no female lead opposite Ibrahim, who will be seen playing a soldier.

A source close to the film’s development told Hindustan Times that Ibrahim is very warm and childish on the sets and reminds everyone of his father Saif from 20 years ago. The source also said that Ibrahim has zero attitude and is not over-smart unlike some other newcomers.
Sarzameen And Its Shoot
Earlier, actor’s sister Sara Ali Khan had confirmed Ibrahim’s debut. The film has already completed most of its shoot and is expected to release next year on a digital platform. The makers have not yet revealed the first look or the teaser of the film.
