Karan Johar is one of the well-known directors in Bollywood industry. The director has worked with the most famous actors to create classic films like My Name Is Khan, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, to name a few. With Bombay Talkies and Lust Stories, he also dabbled in anthologies. In addition to directing, he has established himself as a highly successful producer with extensive industry knowledge. The controversial gossip programme Koffee With Karan, which had its internet debut on July 7, 2022, is currently being promoted by Karan.
Karan has been extensively promoting the seventh season of his show Koffee With Karan and in a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, when he was asked whether Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan would grace his show, he said, “Well, Aamir, yes. Shah Rukh I think should really only explode at the time of Pathaan. So I know he is not doing much, not facing any media right now and that’s the best decision for him because when Pathaan does come, it’s going to be a tsunami at the box office. Shah Rukh Khan has kept people waiting and desired and the more they wait, the more they will really give back in terms of love, to I believe the biggest star of our country.”
Shah Rukh Khan won’t be appearing on Koffee With Karan this season, and his next major appearance would be during the promotion for Pathaan, according to Karan Johar’s remark. He recently discussed how the presence of King Khan mesmerised and enchanted guests during his 50th birthday celebration in an interview with Anupama Chopra.
