Headlined by Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani and Tabu, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was the perfect Bollywood horror comedy. It was released in 2022 and grossed over 180 crore in India. The film also starred Rajpal Yadav. Meanwhile, the third film in the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise will see the return of OG Manjulika aka Vidya Balan.
Title Song Shoot On Massive Set For Kartik Aaryan
If Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was iconic, the next part will be even better. Makers Bhushan Kumar and director Anees Bazmee are making sure the film is grander, more exciting and upping the ante in every way possible.
The popular horror comedy’s third instalment, helmed by Anees Bazmee, will mark Vidya Balan’s return to the franchise after her memorable turn as Manjulika in the 2007 original. As per reports in Mid Day, Vidya Balan and leading man Kartik Aaryan will soon shoot a massive song sequence, which will be choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.
In keeping with that the makers have put up a major set in Film City to shoot an elaborate song sequence. The song is being choreographed by Ganesh Acharya.
A source close from the project recently divulged details. “It is one of Bollywood’s biggest song shoots till date. 1000 dancers have joined in yesterday and this is Rooh Baba’s entry scene in the film. Kartik has been working on this for the past two weeks. His prep is flawless. The scale and extravagance of the set promise a visual feast for audiences. Ganesh and Kartik have tried something unexpected and never seen before. The shoot started this week and will continue into next week.”
About Bhool Bhullaiya Franchise
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was directed by Anees Bazmee, served as a sequel to Akshay Kumar starrer Priyadarshan directorial 2007 cult hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa. In the film sequel, Kartik portrayed the character of Rooh Baba, and Tabu played dual roles.
