As anticipation builds for this sci-fi extravaganza, the filmmakers are leaving no stone unturned in keeping fans engaged with regular updates.

Here’s an exciting update! It appears that actress Keerthy Suresh will be joining the cast of this much-awaited project.

Keerthy Suresh Is Dubbing In Prabhas’ Kalki 2898 AD

A recent announcement revealed that the makers are preparing to unveil a prelude episode titled Skratch Episode 04 on May 18 at 5 pm. Speculation is rife that Keerthy will lend her voice to the character Bujji, adding to the already sky-high excitement surrounding the film.

Prabhas himself took to Instagram to share the news, posting the official poster of the Skratch episode with the caption, “Darlings… Can’t wait for you to meet my #Bujji!!” If rumours are to be believed, the Mahanati actress will bring the special character to life, further enriching the film’s star-studded ensemble.

However, it’s worth noting that the official confirmation of Keerthy’s involvement is yet to come from the makers, possibly awaiting the release of the episode. The episodic preludes of the film, initially reported by Pinkvilla, have been consistently generating buzz, with each release building anticipation for the main event. These preludes, presented in animated form, feature actors like Prabhas voicing their characters.

Kalki 2898 AD, helmed by Nag Aswin of Mahanati fame, promises to be a visual spectacle set in the post-apocalyptic era of 2898 AD, drawing inspiration from Hindu mythology and the prophesied final avatar of Lord Vishnu, Kalki.

Alongside Prabhas, the film boasts an impressive ensemble cast including Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Disha Patani. Deepika’s role marks her debut in Telugu cinema, while Bachchan returns to the Telugu screen with his first full-length role since cameo appearances in movies like Manam and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
