Shah Rukh Khan’s collaboration with director Atlee in 2024’s Jawan marked a significant milestone in his career, but now, it seems another exciting project is on the horizon.
As reported by Pinkvilla, the acclaimed music composer Anirudh Ravichander, whose work in Jawan garnered widespread acclaim, is set to reunite with SRK for the upcoming film King, which also marks the big-screen debut of Suhana Khan.

Following the success of Jawan, where Anirudh’s musical prowess added depth and intensity to the film, Shah Rukh Khan expressed his satisfaction with their collaboration and is eager to join forces again on King.
A source close to the project revealed, “King is a one-of-a-kind action thriller, and Shah Rukh Khan, Siddharth Anand, and Sujoy Ghosh recognise the pivotal role of background music in this genre. They have enlisted Anirudh, known for his exceptional talent, to create the musical landscape for the film.”
Anirudh Is Excited To Reunite With King After Jawan
King, produced by Shah Rukh Khan and Siddharth Anand under Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix respectively, with Sujoy Ghosh directing, promises to deliver a fresh perspective on action cinema.
Anirudh’s enthusiasm for the project mirrors that of SRK’s. The source added, “Anirudh is also excited for the reunion with SRK. The pre-production work for King has already begun, and the makers aim to take the film to the floors by August 2024. There is a possibility of an announcement via a proper video asset, and Anirudh is already working on the theme music for the film,” the source added.
