While there was news recently that South’s famous villain Vijay Sethupathi has been associated with the film, now a latest update related to OTT and satellite rights of ‘Jawan’ is coming. The Pan India film ‘Jawan’, being directed by director Atlee Kumar, remains in the news for some reason or the other. Sometimes about his star cast and sometimes about Shahrukh’s first look from the film. But now ‘Jawan’ is making headlines due to its OTT and satellite rights. In fact, according to the reports that surfaced, OTT and satellite rights have been sold for a huge amount. It is being claimed in the news that Shahrukh Khan has earned as much money by selling the rights of the film as the budget of today’s films.
According to reports, while the film’s OTT rights are with ‘Netflix’, its satellite rights have been bought by ‘ZEE TV’. Reports claimed that the satellite and OTT rights of ‘Jawan’ have been sold for around 250 crores.
Also film’s music rights will be sold to massive 25-28 cr and announcement of same will be out soon. Film is set to earn easily in excess of 500 cr (overseas around 80 cr share & domestic theatricals can be sold for 150 with eye on 300 cr biz which is reality post pandemic) .

The film will hit the theaters on June 2 next year. Shahrukh Khan will be seen in a double role in this film. ‘Jawan’ is written and produced by Atlee.
