Karan Johar‘s popular chat show, Koffee with Karan, is back with its eighth season. The show, which is known for its candid and controversial conversations, will premiere on October 26, 2023, on Disney+ Hotstar. Fans are eagerly waiting to know which celebrities will grace the couch and reveal their secrets.
KJo recently confirmed that season 8 of the show is set to premier on 26th of October. Sharing the video on his Instagram handle, Karan wrote, ”Turns out, my own Konscience wants to troll me too! But screw what he thinks, I’m still brewing Season 8!”
Guests to appear on Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan Season 8
According to various reports, the confirmed guest list for the show includes some of the biggest names in Bollywood and beyond. Here are some of the pairs who have already shot for the show or are likely to appear soon:
- Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani: The newlyweds, who recently got married in a private ceremony in Rajasthan, are expected to be first ones to join Karan Johar on the couch. The two actors, who had worked together in Shershaah, were dating for a while but never confirmed their relationship publicly. They will finally open up about their love story and future plans.
- Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan Khan: According to reports, the father-son duo might be Karan Johar’s grand finale guests, where they will talk Aryan’s foray into the industry as a filmmaker and writer of Stardom while enjoying the show’s signature fun banter.
- Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan: The sister-in-law duo, who share a great bond, will be seen together for the first time on Koffee with Karan. The two actresses are expected to talk about their family, films, and fashion. Sisters-in-law Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor, the dynamic duo, have already shot for their episode, as per India Today. Alia Bhatt has always maintained that she’s a big Kareena Kapoor fan. So, it will be interesting to see the two Dharma girls, Poo and Rani over coffee and gossip on the couch.
- Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh: The power couple, who tied the knot in 2018, and have starred in many many films together will make their second appearance on the show as a married pair. Bollywood’s favourite couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have graced the couch as well. The duo have done several movies together and became husband and wife in 2018. The two stars are known for their chemistry, charisma, and craziness. They will surely entertain the viewers with their witty and hilarious answers.
- Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn: The actor-director duo, who have collaborated on several blockbuster films like Singham, Golmaal, and Simmba, will also be seen on Koffee with Karan. The two friends will share their experiences of working together and reveal some behind-the-scenes secrets of their upcoming film, Sooryavanshi. A source revealed and said, “Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty wrapped up the first schedule of their highly anticipated film Singham Again and shot for Karan Johar’s talk show. The duo, who shares a close bond, shot the episode today at YRF studios in Mumbai. Both of them enjoyed a lot and had a fun time while shooting. They even spoke about their priceless friendship on the show. Speaking about the rapid fire, the audience should expect the unexpected from their episode.”

- Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday: As per News18 Showsha, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday, are set to appear on Koffee With Karan 8 together. A source close to the show revealed, “Sara and Ananya have recently shot for the episode at YRF studio, in Mumbai. Interestingly, this is the first time the two came together for any event and they had fun shooting for their episode. There was discussion about their careers, the experience of being born in families with a film lineage, and also their love life even dropping a few truth bombs.”
Another source had earlier informed, “Sisters-in-law Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan, the actor-director duo Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn, along with Bollywood’s beloved couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, have filmed episodes for Koffee with Karan Season 8 at YRF studio in Mumbai. Notably, this marks the first time that all three pairs are appearing together on Koffee with Karan.”
When asked about Shah Rukh Khan‘s potential appearance on the show, the source further informed the portal, “There was a plan to get SRK for one episode, however nothing is confirmed yet. SRK is currently busy with other commitments. But you never know, SRK and Karan share a great bond, he might decide to come at the last minute.”
