Just after the Brahmastra release on September 9 and seeing people in large numbers moving to theatres to watch the adventurous film, Kangana Ranaut has been doubtful of collections which the Ranbir-Alia starrer has been receiving.
From questioning Brahmastra’s box office figures to interviewing and challenging Karan on the film being hit, Brahmastra has apparently been Indigestible to her. Brahmastra reportedly crossed 150 cr (nett) all India on Tuesday.
Comedian Kunal Kamra took a dig at the Manikarnika actress and said, “Kangana thinks like ED, NIA, CBI, Dharma productions is also under central government.” He included laughter emojis too.

A few days ago, the Manikarnika actress stated, “Released on Friday and on Sunday it’s a big hit already and by the way made huge profits also. In Rs 250 cr (that also a fake figure). Rs 650 cr (reported to be Rs 410 cr) budget (including VFX). Just because Prime Focus is co-producer doesn’t mean VFX doesn’t have any cost. Yeh Karan Johar mathematician ka maths… Humko bhi seekhna hai (I also want to learn this maths by mathematician Karan Johar).
“I want to interview Karan Johar and understand why he is declaring the gross collection of Brahmastra and not the net collection. What is the desperation? Also, after making 60 cr (that’s the net collection they have declared. I don’t believe in this number, but the net amount India is 60 cr for two days according to them). Even if we believe them, how come a 650 cr film has emerged as a hit already?,” added Kangana, who has a history of abhorrence with Karan.
“People like Karan Johar should be questioned for their conduct. He is more interested in everyone’s sex life than in his films scripts. He self admittedly buys reviews, stars, and fake collection numbers and tickets. This time around he tried to ride Hinduism and the south wave,” Kangana had said.
